Our Service
Your household trash and recycling bins, cleaned at the curb the day after pickup. We sanitize inside and out with 200u00b0F water, deodorize with an eco-friendly finish, and capture all the wastewater. Monthly, quarterly and one-time plans are available, starting at $25 a month, and you never need to be home.
Scheduled cleaning, degreasing and sanitizing for dumpsters, enclosures and commercial waste containers. Built for restaurants, shopping centers, apartments, HOAs and property managers who need to control odor, grease and pests and stay ahead of health inspections. Plans run from $100 per visit, with custom bulk pricing for multiple bins.
A community-wide bin cleaning program arranged through your board or management company, with a 20% HOA discount. One point of contact, one schedule, cleaner bins at every driveway on collection day, and one less complaint at the next meeting.
Siding, driveways, roofs, sidewalks, patios, fences, garage floors and pool decks. The same coastal heat, humidity, salt air and pollen that ruins your bins grows algae and mildew on every exterior surface. We remove it safely, using soft washing on delicate surfaces and controlled pressure on hard ones.
Sidewalks, parking areas, dumpster pads and storefronts, cleaned outside your business hours so your customers only see the result. A clean entrance is the first thing a customer notices, and grease around a dumpster pad is a genuine slip hazard.
Service area
We serve Jacksonville, Hampstead, Surf City, Topsail, Wilmington, Sneads Ferry, Holly Ridge, North Topsail Beach, Rocky Point, Burgaw, Richlands and the surrounding communities of Onslow, Pender and New Hanover County. Each town in our core service area also has its own page under Service Areas, so you can read about bin cleaning specific to your community.
We do not handle interior cleaning, hazardous waste or junk removal. If that is what you need, tell us anyway, we would rather point you to someone who does it properly than take the job and do it badly.

We address common queries, demystify intricacies, and provide insights to guide you through our services.
If it is your household bins, that is residential bin cleaning. A dumpster or shared waste area is commercial cleaning. A whole neighborhood is an HOA program. Dirty siding, driveways or concrete is pressure washing. If you are not sure, call or text 910-478-7997 and we will point you the right way.
Yes. Most customers are on a recurring schedule, monthly or quarterly for bins, and monthly or 30-day intervals for commercial dumpsters. Recurring service is how you keep odors and pests from ever coming back, and it is priced better than one-time visits.
Residential bin cleaning starts at $25 a month. Commercial dumpster cleaning starts at $100 per visit. HOAs get 20% off, and pressure washing is quoted per property. Full numbers are on each service page and our pricing page.
