Founded in 2021, Five-Star Bins was established to bring professional, eco-friendly trash bin cleaning to homeowners and businesses throughout Jacksonville, North Carolina and the surrounding communities. As the first locally based trash bin cleaning service in the area, our mission has always been simple: provide reliable, high-quality sanitation services that protect properties, improve cleanliness and eliminate unwanted odors.
Five-Star Bins is locally owned, veteran-operated, and built on a commitment to professionalism, consistency and customer service. We take pride in serving our neighbors, local businesses, property managers and communities across Eastern North Carolina with dependable service and clear communication. Military service leaves you with a particular attitude toward standards, a job is either done right or it is not done, and that carries directly into this work.
Our curbside bin cleaning process is designed to be simple and convenient. We clean, sanitize and deodorize your trash bins the day after your scheduled trash pickup. Using professional-grade equipment, high-temperature water and controlled pressure, we remove residue and odor-causing bacteria while using a water recovery system that helps protect storm drains and the local environment. Our eco-conscious approach delivers powerful cleaning results while maintaining environmental responsibility. You do not even need to be home, just line up your bins and we handle the rest.
In addition to residential and commercial trash bin cleaning, Five-Star Bins provides professional residential and commercial pressure washing. From driveways and sidewalks to dumpster pads and commercial surfaces, we help property owners maintain cleaner, safer and more professional-looking spaces year-round. Whatever we are cleaning, the standard is the same.
Recurring service only works if it is reliable. Scheduled visits happen on the day they are scheduled, and you hear from us if anything changes.
High-heat sanitizing and full deodorizing on every visit, inside and out. No shortcuts on the parts nobody inspects.
All wastewater captured through our recovery system. Storm drains here lead to the creeks and the coast, and we will not be part of that problem.
Local, veteran-owned, and here to stay. We appreciate the opportunity to serve, and we look forward to welcoming you to the Five-Star Bins family.
